Damuth Trane was recently named as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Virginia for the 10th consecutive year. The annual list of the top 100 companies awarded Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group.
This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Virginia. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
The final rankings were announced on January 31, 2020 at the annual awards luncheon held in Charlottesville. Damuth Trane ranked tenth out of 21 mid-sized companies (100-249 employees). They were also honored as a multiple-year winner, being honored for the tenth consecutive time since the program’s inception in 2011.
