Chesapeake, Virginia – Damuth Services, D.B.A. Damuth Trane, has chosen to transition their business to Trane US, Inc. The acquisition will be official on Tuesday, September 3.
Throughout their history of over 54 years in operation, Damuth Trane has represented the Trane Brand in the Hampton Roads, Virginia, Northeastern North Carolina and Bermuda regions. Over this time, Damuth became the area’s leading distributor and service provider of Trane commercial systems as well as energy and building performance services. The company is known for their industry expertise, dedicated customer support team, and high-performance equipment, which they plan to continue as a part of Trane.
The Damuth team includes approximately 220 commercial HVAC associates in sales, services, energy services, controls, and administration; as well as 20 parts & supply associates who work at their Trane Parts Centers located in Chesapeake, Newport News and Virginia Beach. At this time, all associates have been provided offers to transition employment to Trane. All three Trane Parts Centers will remain in business as-is, supported by the Trane Supply national organization.
