David Burnett, Service Estimator and Project Coordinator, recently celebrated his 20-year anniversary with Damuth Trane. Prior to joining Damuth, David served six years in the US Navy where he started his HVAC career. Later, after transitioning into the civilian sector, he joined Damuth Trane as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in 2000. Five years later, David accepted the role of Service Estimator and Project Coordinator where he has been for the past 15 years.
As a Service Estimator, David is responsible for the timely completion of detailed cost estimates, identifying any cost-saving opportunities along the way. David works with the Service Team Leaders and Sales Account Managers to develop project details and create a detailed scope of work, ensuring a successful transition of sold projects from sales to fulfillment. While at Damuth, David has completed ABB DSS Factory Warranty Service Training as well as Liebert Startup/Warranty Certification.

David lives in Shawboro, North Carolina and enjoys spending time in OBX, bicycling, and landscaping in his free time.
