Kim Siddens Celebrates 25 Years with Damuth Trane

Kim Siddens, Account Manager, celebrates her 25-year tenure with Damuth Trane this month. Kim started with the company in 1999 as a Project Coordinator, then transitioned into an Account Coordinator role in 2006, a Business Developer role in 2009, and became Client Care Representative in 2014. Two years ago, Kim stepped into her current position as Account Manager where she is responsible for securing new business for upgrading and expanding existing building systems, managing relationships with her assigned accounts, and securing new client relationships with target accounts.

Among her many accomplishments over the past 25 years, Kim was the first associate ever to sell a Vibration Analysis Service Agreement and the second to sell a Shared Savings service agreement at Damuth Trane while in her Business Developer role. As a Project Coordinator, she was recognized for Sales Achievement from 2002-2004 and 2006, and received an Outstanding Achievement Customer Satisfaction Focus Award in 2002. As a Client Care Representative, she was recognized for Sales Achievement for Exceeding Quota in 2019. Her commitment to continued professional growth is evident through the skilled education she’s obtained, which includes over 20 plus years of trainings from Trane, Damuth Trane, Dale Carnegie, and Association of Energy Engineers, amon­g others.

In her free time, she loves to spend her time with her family, go on cruises and travel to new places. Kim has been married for over 27 years to her husband, Doug, has two children and one grandchild. Looking back at her years of employment, Kim shared, “I have had the fortunate opportunity to grow personally and professionally here at Damuth Trane.  The quality of the company, the people and what they stand for is remarkable!  I feel truly blessed and thankful to have been a part of Damuth Trane for the past 25 years and look forward to more!”
